Stop by our bar for a variety of complimentary snacks! Usually these included granola bars, clementines, and bananas!
Tanning is available only to eligible members or guests age 18 or older. Protective eyewear is required at all times. Tanning use may require a separate acknowledgment or consent form.

Childcare is available only during posted childcare hours and is subject to staff availability, capacity limits, age limits, and The Grind’s childcare rules. Childcare is not licensed daycare and is provided only while the parent or legal guardian remains on the premises. Parents or guardians must be available to respond immediately if contacted by staff. Children who are sick, contagious, inconsolable, unsafe, or unable to participate appropriately may be refused or removed from childcare.

Our lockers are secure storage compartments located in the restrooms. These lockers serve the primary purpose of providing a safe and convenient place for our members to store their personal belongings while they exercise or change clothes!
